A student studies at a computerVCU has been hard at work making adjustments to the fall 2020 schedule of classes to prepare for our return to campus. Many courses have changed their delivery methods, meeting times or locations to align with public health considerations, academic requirements and our new physical environment.

Now is the time for you to review your fall 2020 schedule in eServices, and make any needed adjustments prior to the start of classes on Aug. 17.

MCV campus students will also need to check their VCU emails for updates from their department and deans for information on schedules not captured in eServices, like clinic activities.

Changes to look for

Meeting times and locations

  • Depending upon the capacity and availability of classrooms and instructors, course meeting times and locations may have changed. Double check your schedule to ensure that you know where and when your course will be meeting.
  • IMPORTANT: Make sure to look for time conflicts due to course rescheduling. You cannot be in two courses at the same time, even if one or both courses are being taughtonline.
    • You must choose which course you want to stay enrolled in and drop the other course no later than August 1.
